INDIANAPOLIS—This summer, Haley Hodgen was promoted to Manager of Online Design, a new position for an expanding Williams Randall. In this role, Hodgen leads the agency's design efforts on websites, landing pages, online display ads, social media and email. "Haley is an innovative online designer, is a proactive learner and has shown leadership in her area," commented COO | Director of Online Services Joy Cropper. As an example, Hodgen is especially skillful in creating innovative responsive design for our clients' projects. In her new role, Hodgen also supervises other staff members and freelancers who do online design on behalf of clients.
