Harrison College (formerly Indiana Business College) needed a website redesign that would better meet user needs. Potential students need to find out what courses are available, what kinds of jobs they'll be prepared for, what kind of financial aid is available, how long it will take to earn a degree and other questions they face as they make such a big decision. Going through the Williams Randall process of redesigning websites - including research, user personas, site maps and wireframes - resulted in a totally redesigned site that helps students find the answers they need. A content management system (CMS) enables Harrison staff members to keep the site up to date and relevant to site visitors.
