Admissions E-mail Campaign
Since 2006 we have been helping Indiana State University cut
through the clutter of college information received each year by
high school seniors. We used a series of e-mails in addition to
direct mail postcards to convey the attributes of an Indiana State
education, and we targeted their three primary audiences within the
"prospective student" group.
How are things going? Well, as the Indiana State slogan says, they're getting "More. From day one." Check out these numbers:
- Total applications for Fall 2010 - Up 85% from '09. Those who enrolled increased 33% from '09 to '10.*
- Total applications for Fall 2011 - Up 9% from '10. At the time of this writing, it was too early to get enrollment numbers for '11.*
In fact, the incoming class for Fall 2010 was so big that some upperclassmen were moved to hotels to make space for everyone. Now that's a nice problem to have!
