Film Indiana is Ready for its Close-up
The Indiana Office of Tourism Development was making a concerted effort to bring filmmakers to Indiana and they knew they needed a new identity across the board to put their best foot forward. They tasked Williams Randall with everything from logo development (with a nod to the shape of Indiana onscreen) to the look and effectiveness of the website.
It was a massive overhaul geared not only toward making it easier and more appealing for out-of state filmmakers to bring their production here, but to show off our in-state filmmakers, crews, casting agencies, actors and amazing locations. There’s also a section with work that’s been shot in Indiana so visitors can see what a great resource the state can be.
Oh, and if you happened to see any of the red carpet photos from the debut of “Columbus”—the film that cleaned up at Sundance after being shot in and featuring Columbus, Indiana—you probably caught a glimpse of our logo in the background. Looks like word’s getting around.
