Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) provides the most advanced physical, occupational and speech therapy to patients from three locations in the Indianapolis area. While well-known for its inpatient services, RHI does not have as much top-of-mind awareness for its outpatient therapy. Williams Randall helped bridge that gap with a campaign targeted to residents of Indianapolis. The campaign included radio spots that were produced for airing on both traditional stations and Pandora, accompanied by online display ads to be served up to the targeted market on a number of sites. RHI understands that patients have the most success when they're motivated to work through the pain to achieve goals. In the radio and display ads, that gritty attitude was illustrated through a mountain-climbing analogy. We know patients want to reach their goals, and we work to help RHI reach their goals, too. In fact, we exceeded RHI's campaign goal of visits to the landing page by 211%.
