The Chef’s Academy wanted to convey that being a chef or hospitality professional isn't an achievement or a title or a status symbol. It's something inside you. Who you are. About having respect for your craft, your industry and yourself. A chef is an artist. A craftsman. And, yes, sometimes a little arrogant. Because if being a chef truly is who you are, the world can be your oyster. Grilled and bathed in fennel butter, of course.
