Two campaigns we created for our client, Ivy Tech Community College, were among the work recognized by the 13th Annual Education Digital Marketing Awards. The awards celebrate outstanding achievements in digital marketing within the education sector. For the Williams Randall creative team, this recognition is made even more special because the videos at the center of each campaign were animated in-house by Art Director Rachel Reed.
The Ivy Tech Free Summer campaign targeting high school students won Gold in the Digital Video Ad category for the campaign’s animated spot: “Not a Free Pen”, and Silver for Total Digital Marketing Program. The campaign generated 3,000 shares and a 43% enrollment increase.
The Lilly Scholars at Ivy Tech campaign was recognized with a Merit in the Digital Video Ad category for the spot: “Because I’m a Lilly Scholar…”, and a Merit in Total Digital Marketing Program. The campaign exceeded the scholarships awarded goal by 50%.
The Education Marketing Digital Awards recognize the best educational websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media, and social media. Colleges, universities, and secondary schools from across the nation submitted more than 1,000 entries, which were evaluated by a panel of judges consisting of education marketers, advertising creative directors, and marketing and advertising professionals.
