As an Analytics Specialist at the agency, you will gather and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources to measure success against goals and uncover insights that can be applied to future efforts. You will collaborate with members of other departments to create performance reports and dashboards for clients in a variety of industries. The focus is on maximizing marketing ROI for our clients, ensuring our clients’ initiatives are as efficient and effective as possible, and informing our creative and media efforts so that we are continually improving. 

This position reports to our Manager of Analytics & Online Strategy and is based in our downtown Indianapolis office. The ideal start date for this position is March/April 2020. If you are a college student expecting to graduate in May 2020, paid part-time training would begin in March/April working around your class schedule, with full-time employment beginning immediately upon graduation.


  • Assist in establishing key metrics and performance targets for online media campaigns
  • Manage tracking matrices and other tools to document tracking efforts
  • Pull data and create analytics reports 
  • Work with external agencies/vendors as needed to ensure accurate data delivery
  • Assist in analyzing results and interpreting trends
  • Present analytics reports to clients
  • Monitor marketing campaign tests
  • Promote a ‘test and learn’ mentality within the agency
  • Help educate the organization so analytics becomes ingrained in our culture

This Position May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Have a strong interest in marketing analytics and revealing insights through data
  • Are well organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with a strong work ethic
  • Are proficient with Excel (Pivot Tables and advanced analytical functions is a plus)
  • Possess the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Consider yourself a self-starter who is naturally curious and excited to learn
  • Have basic knowledge of digital marketing
  • Have experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools (a plus but not required)


  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, statistics, computer science, economics or a related field
