If someone with a theater degree told you they liked working behind the scenes, you might figure them for a director or a set designer. If they were Christina Andrews (B.A., Theater, College of Charleston ‘17), you’d be wrong. As an Analytics Specialist, the scenes Christina works behind are digital, combing through online statistics for insights to craft winning digital strategies for our clients. The South Carolina native’s philosophy on big decisions? “Flip a coin. If you're disappointed by the result, you know the answer.” We’re glad it came up Heads (or a disappointing Tails) when Christina was mulling WR’s job offer.
Some people just have a little more bandwidth. Meeting one presents a choice: be bummed and jealous, or hire them and put that bandwidth to work for you. In Nadia’s case, Williams Randall chose the latter, and we still haven’t stopped patting ourselves on the back. The Carmel native earned her BA in marketing from Butler in three years and plays the violin, guitar, and piano. Nadia says she enjoys seeing how the different teams at an agency work together to earn successes. That’s good because now she’s one of the talented folks coordinating those teams.
With a passion for website information architecture, user research, and user experience strategy, Joy heads up our team of online experts, which includes online strategists, designers, content developers, and programmers. And while her work life is definitely in the here and now (and future), she delves into the past as a volunteer tour guide for Indiana Landmarks. With Williams Randall since 2003, Joy is a former partner and lead web strategist at J. Walter Thompson in Detroit, where she directed the strategic development of all Ford Division websites.
Bobby uses his development expertise to help tell our clients’ brand stories on the web. As a programmer, he brings a diverse mix of experiences to Williams Randall, including a stint in the startup world and time at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is a graduate of Purdue’s computer and information technology program and a proud 4-H alum — ask to see his championship plaque if you get a chance. When not working hard to bring client websites to life, Bobby enjoys gaming of all kinds, listening to metal music, and hanging out with his wife and their pets (two dogs and two cats).
Kiley oversees the creation and optimization of SEM efforts and online ads on specialized platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Spotify. Expanding on her Indiana State University degree in marketing with an advertising emphasis, Kiley maintains her Google certifications in search, display, shopping, video, and mobile ads. In fact, she interacts with Google reps out of Phoenix so much, they are on a first-name basis. Married to a perpetual handyman, she keeps us entertained with life during construction.
A Maryland native, Michael joined the team in 2023, bringing with him over 27 years of industry experience and his miniature poodle Miller. At Williams Randall, he draws upon his unique mix of account service and strategy experience to help our clients be the best marketers they can be. When he’s not in the office, Michael can be found making the Midwest his home, discovering Indy’s music scene, or going for his daily run.
Allison joined Williams Randall in 2016. In her role as media project manager, she processes all invoices, reconciles credit card accounts, manages client insertion order logs, and assists our media buyers. Prior to Williams Randall, she was a traffic director at WHHH-FM and a media buyer with MZD Advertising. Her ability to keep track of so many things at once comes in handy when she’s fostering kittens for a local animal shelter (she’s fostered over 155). Allison also won second place in a Lip Sync Battle, calling foul on the first-place winner’s tactics.
Bonjour! Elle s'appelle Alexa. When she’s not learning French or at the climbing gym, Alexa works tirelessly to create great messaging and web content for our clients. She holds an MFA in nonfiction and a BA in journalism. With a varied background that includes a Pulliam Fellowship at The Indianapolis Star, a year teaching English in the south of France, and content marketing for tech startups, Alexa is a perpetual learner who feels marketing chose her. Outside the office, you’ll find her reading, traveling, or playing with her two cats.
Chicago professional Sarah moves back to her Indiana hometown to find that they’ve both done some growing. Sound like the premise of a Hallmark movie? Well, she did work for the Hallmark Channel for seven years, after all. IU marketing grad Sarah enjoys creative collaboration and being part of a close-knit team, which makes her a perfect fit for our media team. When she’s not planning campaigns & buying digital ads for clients, you’ll find her hiking, skiing or watching sports or reality TV (her two Real Housewives trivia championships are testaments to the obsession). She’s also a big foodie, and loves wine, Beyonce, and her nieces and nephews.
Caysi loves the intersection of creativity and strategy where marketing resides. A Butler grad with a degree in public relations and advertising, she’s excited to be back home again in Indiana to cheer on the Colts and Pacers. She spent two years in Montana with AmeriCorps, working on numerous community health initiatives. Now she’s bringing her problem-solving skills to bear on analytics, tracking and measuring our clients’ campaigns. Caysi prides herself on trying new things, even learning how to tackle and brand cattle! She loves disco parties, board games, ice cream, and visiting national parks with her corgi & beagle pups.
A new fish in the professional pond, Rachel loves using her creativity to create messages that can cut through the clutter. She’s a go-getter with eclectic skills—animation, graphic design and videography among them—that make her perfectly suited to design both digital and traditional work for our clients. Motion graphics are her specialty, though she also won a national art competition with a painting that hung in the halls of Congress. She loves to make things by hand, whether through baking or crafting. A big fan of Kermit the Frog, Rachel loves zombie movies, Indian food, sushi, 90’s grunge/alternative music, and anything spooky.
Balancing an eye for detail with a passion for strategizing to reach long-term goals, Lindsay has experience in brand strategy, project management and event planning. Organized? Check. Good at details? Yes, indeed. Our in-house party planner? Also yes. Which helps her be a rock star at managing website development and all forms of digital advertising for our clients, overseeing complex projects from start to finish. A graduate of Butler University’s strategic communication program, she has proven skills that our clients really appreciate.
Leading the media team, Tammy has been with us since 2000, strategically planning and buying both traditional and online media for regional and national placement. She buys media for clients in a wide variety of industries, both consumer and business-to-business, and has skillfully built strong relationships over the years with media vendors and partners, facilitating effective negotiations for our clients. Festive throughout the year, Tammy is known for her love of Christmas, which is evidenced by her home (four trees) and WR office space starting in November.
Krista manages our analysts, who prepare statistical-performance reports to help clients understand which tactics lead to success. She also works as a digital strategist, developing online strategies for websites, display, landing pages, and email. Having formerly worked for an e-commerce company, Krista uses Google Analytics to measure campaigns and has specialties in customer research, SEO, and branding. And if you study Krista’s search terms, you’ll likely find “Disney” is right up there, as she enjoys those movies even more than her kids do.
Emiley thinks big-picture strategy as she works with our account service, creative, media, online, and analytics teams to develop measurable plans for our clients. She spends her out-of-office hours cheering on her daughters in the softball stands. And, she brings that same level of support and enthusiasm to our clients. Emiley joined the agency in 2013. After serving as Williams Randall's director of client services, she was named president in 2023. Before Williams Randall, Emiley worked as production director for Indiana Tourism (yes, she was our client first and then joined our team). She also served as the marketing manager for the National Hot Rod Association at Lucas Oil Raceway.
A lifelong Indianapolis Southsider and the fifth of five boys, our new media buyer graduated from Purdue University in 2020 with a double major in marketing and finance (they only gave him one diploma, but Sammy’s not one to dwell on such things). He started his professional career in the casino industry, but it crapped out after a year. Now he’s rolling the dice with us at Williams Randall, and it feels like the beginning of a hot streak.
Shannon's experience includes the ad world, being a financial planning analyst and leader, plus being former owner of a Dunkin’ Donuts franchise (!). With their youngest in college, Shannon and her husband enjoy traveling, including a driving trip to California where they enjoyed national parks and Napa Valley. Her volunteer time includes being treasurer for St. Thomas Clinic in Franklin and co-chairing the funeral ministry team at her church. Loving the outdoors, she and her husband have a cabin in Brown County, perfect for relaxing weekends.
If you love someone, you’ve got to set them free …and if they return, give them their old job back. That’s what happened with Lizzy Miley, the account supervisor so nice we’ve employed her twice. The Appleton, Wisconsin native and Butler grad first worked at WR from 2015-17 but left to seek her fame and fortune in pharmaceutical marketing. There’s certainly plenty of fortune there, but one thing Lizzy wasn’t able to find was the Williams Randall culture. She found herself missing WR’s collaborative, team-first environment. Sometimes it takes going away to realize what you had. Lizzy and WR are reunited. And it feels so good.
With a keen eye for staying on brand and a BFA in communication design, Amanda creates digital and traditional advertising for our clients. Prior to joining Williams Randall, she was a web administrator and print designer for Gold Leaf Design Group in Chicago, where she was also a hospitality project manager. Amanda loves family travel, and her coworkers are especially happy when she travels to her kitchen, where she bakes goodies that she generously shares. Her love of Pinterest feeds her love of crafting, especially needlepoint and crochet.
With us since 2004, George builds websites and landing pages, employs search engine optimization techniques, and specializes in email marketing. He also works on initiatives such as custom data analysis and reporting and optimizing the performance of websites and campaigns. In addition to his BS in computer science and mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, George holds an MA in theology. If you visit him at the office, you might hear him play a little on the electric guitar if he happens to be waiting for his computer to catch up to him.
Gerry came from New Zealand to be on Indiana State University’s gymnastics team, and while that’s an individual sport, he’s since proven his prowess in being a team player. In addition to running the company, Gerry is involved in strategic development for our clients. With an MBA and years of experience (he joined us in 1984 and become a partner in 1994), he brings a breadth of knowledge that’s rare in the industry. In fact, the Indiana Federation of Advertising Agencies named him Indiana’s Ad Person of the Year for his leadership.
A proud Michigander, Julia has made herself right at home here in the Circle City. Her lively, inquisitive spirit - and a healthy affection for good ol’ grownup fun - led her to hotspot Fountain Square, where the transplant has thrived for years. Julia’s marketing background in the nonprofit and higher education segments from her days back in the mitten state have served her well here in the sock state, where she’s an indispensable part of our account services team. We had a company axe-throwing outing on Julia's first day on the job, and she’s been hitting the mark for our clients ever since.
This isn’t Ann’s first rodeo. Her 30 years’ marketing experience in the private, public and higher education sectors is a valued asset of Williams Randall. In Kansas City, Chicago and Indianapolis, Ann has brought a boundless enthusiasm and avid curiosity to her creative and leadership roles. An empathetic, strategic partner for our clients, she relishes helping them navigate real-world business problems through creative solutions grounded in meticulous research. Beyond marketing, Ann’s passions include studying history, running with her dog Remy, and enjoying her own homemade granola. No, Remy, you can’t have any—stop begging.
Our new media buyer is starting her professional career at the top …of the building. On nice days, you can find Annalise working up on our building’s roof, admiring the impressive view. A Westfield, Indiana native, Annalise received her BA in public relations and advertising from the University of Southern Indiana in 2021. Just starting post-collegiate life, she’s experiencing a lot of firsts, like her first downtown apartment (a high-rise) and first non-family pet (a cat). Although Annalise’s background is in social media, she’s switching gears at WR to the more traditional media, where she’ll scope out the best ways to effectively deliver clients’ campaigns.
David thrives on guiding our creative team to find the perfect mix of creativity and business savvy. Tapping 30+ years in advertising, David helps clients blend online and offline strategies into effective, creative campaigns. A few years ago, he strapped on a backpack filled with everything needed to guide his son’s week-long Boy Scout trek through the New Mexico mountains, and he shows that same passion and resilience toward his Williams Randall work. Before joining us in 2000, David was a senior art director and creative team leader at Bates USA.
Alexis gained experience managing B2B accounts for four agencies in Chicago and Indianapolis. She has worked with clients in a number of industries, from professional services to building products and nonprofits. At Williams Randall, clients benefit from her ability to see both the big picture and intricate details, while keeping an eye on results. Alexis majored in corporate organizational communications at Northern Illinois University, where she was a cheerleader for the Huskies. These days, though, her favorite canine is an English bulldog named Ruby.
Julia’s adeptness at Google Analytics, tracking pixels, trackable URLs, Supermetrics, and online dashboards serves clients well as she studies data, creates reports, and determines the best next steps during and after campaigns. Julia earned a BA in marketing communications with a minor in nonprofit leadership from Anderson University. She’s living that out now as co-chair of Indigo for Coburn Place and a member of the Offscript Advisory Board for the IRT. You can also find her out enjoying art activities in Indianapolis.
Ashley specializes in the design of digital advertising, landing pages and websites. She's an Indiana Hoosier, having earned her BFA in graphic design with a business certificate, so she's had a knack for Left-Brain Creativity all along. Ashley has a competitive streak, dating back to her high school hog-wrestling days, as well as an annual family cook-off with her in-laws. She also loves her pet corgi, hiking, traveling and reading, and she's mastered keeping houseplants alive.
After working in the supply and logistics industry, Ireland is now using her marketing, leadership, and negotiation skills to buy traditional media for our clients. Outside the office, she's big on meditating and yoga, hiking local trails and state parks, trying out outdoor roller skating, and loving animals (no meat for her). She also joins the pack of Indiana State University grads at Williams Randall—Go Sycamores!
A lifelong Hoosier, Mike has a knack for crafting thoughtfully mined data into an effective, compelling message. As a marketing creative, he’s just about done it all: copywriter, designer, proofreader, manager; B2B, B2C; client-side and agency work — all valuable experiences, but nothing felt like home until the left-brain creativity of Williams Randall. Besides his marketing career, Mike’s also been a touring musician, emcee, lounge singer, commercial voice talent, professional firebreather, husband and dad. In 2002, he was crowned karaoke king of Indianapolis. He’ll take it easy on you in Scrabble…at first.
