Amateur and pro golfers alike seek out courses designed by Indiana native, the late Pete Dye. His courses are as breathtaking as they are challenging, and Indiana is home to six of these masterpieces. When Indiana Tourism renewed the push behind the Pete Dye Golf Trail, Williams Randall’s digital team architected, designed and built a site the legendary course designer would be proud of—fully maximizing many of the existing elements and “topography” we had to work with.

As much tribute as it is website, the work features each beautiful course and even includes an interactive timeline detailing Pete and Alice Dye’s lives. Not to be outdone by form, the functionality of the site lets visitors easily find and book not only specific courses, but nearby lodging and activities for once the golf day has ended. The result is a site that’s just as breathtaking as its subject matter while being significantly less challenging to navigate.
We also created a companion site, VisitIndianaGolf.com, so that Indiana Tourism can have one site that includes all golf courses in the state. Site visitors can filter by price range and location to help narrow their selections. Golf courses can participate at varying levels.
