With headquarters in Michigan City, Indiana, Horizon Bank has 62 locations. It was ranked #30 for Mid-Tier Banks by American Banker for financial performance and also included in the list of top performing banks in Bank Director's 2016 Bank Performance Scorecard.

As agency of record, Williams Randall will conduct a rebranding effort for Horizon Bank, to be followed by a full array of creative, analytics and media services.
