INDIANAPOLIS—Locally sourced. Home-grown. Authentic. All of these words help to describe the products that qualify to bear the “Indiana Grown” logo. The Indiana State Department of Agriculture created this member-based branding initiative so that consumers can know which foods are grown, raised, produced or processed in the state. Indiana is home to 56,800 farms, making us the eleventh-largest farming state in the nation. With demand for locally made products at an all-time high, Indiana Grown is working to increase the percentage of these products consumed by Hoosiers.
Williams Randall is also proud to be “Indiana grown” and is pleased to announce being hired by Indiana Grown to help them increase consumer awareness throughout the state. After conducting thorough consumer research, Williams Randall will create a strategic marketing plan designed to help Indiana Grown complete goals of awareness and audience definition and reach. In addition to strategy, Williams Randall will coordinate a media plan, print ads, social media ads and campaign analytics.
“At Williams Randall we are big fans of the State of Indiana and the things that make our culture and heritage so great,” CEO Gerry Randall commented. “Helping to promote the purchase of Indiana-made products, which has an enormous impact on our economy and quality of life, is a real privilege for us.”
