Our Own Gail Hayes Recognized in Terre Haute Living’s Women in Business Feature

TERRE HAUTE—Williams Randall Advertising associate creative director, Gail Hayes, was recognized in the October issue of Terre Haute Living Magazine. The article, “Women in Business,” highlights Gail as one of six amazing women who’ve left their mark on so much more than the Terre Haute business community.

Each year, scores of women from the Terre Haute, Ind., area are nominated to be among the six featured in the story and honored at an annual recognition breakfast. The Women in Business program looks for nominees who demonstrate strong leadership skills, overcome obstacles and are passionate about their work and community.

Terre Haute Women in Business honoree Gail Hayes writes on her laptop, while poet Max Ehrmann opts for pen and paper.

Sounds like Gail to us. The story emphasizes her devotion to everything from her career at Williams Randall to her volunteer work with Susan G Komen, the performing arts and other community causes. But it also paints a personal picture of the woman we’ve come to know, respect and love as a compassionate, fun-loving fighter. A woman who’s beaten breast cancer, raised three amazing children, and regularly broken into song and dance in her 32 years of working and leading at Williams Randall. And, of course, it wouldn’t be a story about Gail without touching on her love of coffee.

She also discusses her admiration for the women in her life who inspire her while offering insight into both her success and how she thinks today’s young businesswomen can find their own. It goes a long way toward explaining why she’s such a valuable member of our team.

While we’re extremely proud to work with such an outstanding woman, we’re even more grateful to simply know her and be a part of her life.
