INDIANAPOLIS—Williams Randall earned a Gold Award in the District 6 American Advertising Awards, otherwise known as the ADDYs. The winning entry was a self-promotion direct mail piece, which had made its way to the District 6 stage by earning a Gold at the Indianapolis Ad Club's local competition. The creative team responsible for the award-winning work was Creative Director David Stanton, Associate Creative Director/Writer Dan Zumbiel and Senior Art Director Scott Arvin. Then Account Coordinator Julia Thorpe kept the project on schedule—no easy feat when it's work for the agency.
District 6 of the American Advertising Federation includes 13 affiliate clubs in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. The Williams Randall work now moves on to the national competition, which includes Gold-winning entries from 15 districts across the country.
